I have to admit..when I was active JW I didn't read the magazines that much. It was just boring.....the WT-studies are at an intellectual level adapted to high school teens. I never bothered preparing for the WT-studies.

As far as I know it wasn't. The young girl that probably observed it yesterday had piercings in her nose and eye-brow, and some totooes. Probably not a witness. The woman who gave med the wallet today is not a wittnes, that I know for sure.
You know....young girls with piercings and tatoos can be honest people!

The first thing I saw was a woman in the cashier (is it the english word? I hope so) making eye contact with me with a smile on her face. She raised her hand and showed my wallet. There are nice and honest people in the world!

I just had a thought that made me feel so much better about this fade...
by sosoconfused inthis is not monumental... i am sure all of you think it all the time.. but as a 3rd gen born-in ex-elder ex-pioneer ex-bethelite i spent so much time in this relion believing that for some reason that god, who loves all humans and created all things only wanted a few people to get knowledge of him - and this small group in america was his choice.. .
now as i said i am sure 99% of you probably came to that realization before and it is common sense, but the very fact that as a grown man i never really thought about this for more than 15 seconds.
the whole idea is just ridiculous and freaking stupid.

I was a bit surprised when the Climax book was released. I read about those prophecies around Cedar Point in the old "relelation books" from the 60's. My thougt was that this was obsolete, and that there should come "new light". But no, it was Rutherford and those old ladies the prophecies in the Rev. was about. I found it ridiculous. Some month later I started fading.

the seven trumpets have not yet been sounded
by MASIMBA inin the book revelation its grand climax at hand in chapter 18 (earthquakes in the lords day) on page 112, the writers mention that the sixth seal is going to be opened some time in the future and yet they go on to mention in chapter 21 (jehovahs plagues on christendom) that the seven trumpets have already been blown and they give explanations of the fulfillment of these trumpet blasts in mankinds history.
however, i believe it is impossible for the seven trumpets to have been sounded before the opening of the sixth seal because firstly, as they pointed out in the book, the sounding of the seven trumpets is ushered in by the opening of the seventh seal, which seal is only opened after the sixth seal has been opened as happened with the other seals.
the seals were opened or are opened in order form the first to the seventh, which is the last, without skipping one and going to the next.
